Eat.

  • Beautifully arranged cheeses, breads, pickles and dips, along one long table for guests to help themselves

  • A continuous service of sharing plates, which are placed in the middle of the tables for guests to share

  • An array of dishes placed on an external table for guests to pick and choose from.

  • Elegant, creative dishes, individually served to each guest at the table.

  • A standing style service, with a variety of small individual portions tray, served to your guests.

Drink.

  • When it comes to beverages, its best to leave it to the experts. We run a smooth sailing ship when you choose us for both the beverage and catering.

    With BYO beverage service, you source the beverage and we bring the rest. We will provide the staff, glassware and equipment to keep your guests topped up until the early hours.

  • Want to have a stress-free lead up to your big day or event?

    Then go with a cash bar or we can put on a tab. We provide everything including glassware, beverage, ice, staff, transportation and signage so you don’t have to worry about a thing.. apart from the bill afterwards of course!

  • Let us provide a cocktail or two for your event! We have trained & licensed bar staff on site.

    You provide the liquor and we’ll provide the rest to make them look to good to drink!

FAQ.

  • To confirm a booking we will generate a deposit invoice and send through a booking form to secure your date. The final invoice and final numbers are due 10 working days prior to your booking less your deposit.

  • Our offsite catering for private dinners is based on a minimum of 20pax so if your numbers are below this we will still invoice for 20pax

  • No, all the food is prepared offsite, then transported to your location, and finished off onsite

  • No, we take all the dirty dishes back to base to be cleaned.

  • We supply all the equipment and utensils required for your meal. We also have plate upgrades available - please enquire with our event coordinators.

  • We do have tables and chairs available to hire, enquire with our event coordinator to find out more.

  • This depends on the event, but we’re usually on-site from canapes until dessert is served if we are providing catering only.

    For smaller, private events, our chef and service staff are allocated 2hrs which includes travel time to your location.

If you’re unsure where to begin, we’d love to guide you through the process step by step from your intially enquiry to saying goodbye at midnight! We also offer on the day coordination to ensure your day runs seamlessly.
