Let us help lighten the load when it comes to your big day.
With over 450 weddings under our belt, we know a thing or two about planning that special day. We'll work closely with your vendors, set up those personal touches and deal with any last minute problems, to ensure you stay focused on the most magical day of your life.
Simply Setup.
Let us take care of the pre-wedding setup so your
family & friends don't have to. We'll setup signage,
favours, centrepieces and more!
-Site planning visit
-Travel within 30km of Rotorua
-Setup of Ceremony and Reception areas
-Up to 4hrs on the day for setup (up to two team
members)
-Unlimited email & phone communication + an inperson meeting
On the Day Coordination.
Let us be your on-the-day coordinator! We'll manage your
vendors, guests, setup at the venue, and make sure everything
is perfectly timed so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your day.
-Site planning visit & full creation of run sheet
-Travel within 30km of Rotorua
-Setup of Ceremony and Reception areas
-Attendance of ceremony rehearsal
-Create / source menus and signage as required
-Up to 10hrs on the day for vendor coordination, setup areas,
MC briefing
-Unlimited email & phone communication + an in-person
meeting
